Cancellation & Refunds Policy
SevaRoots Trust
At SevaRoots Trust, we are deeply grateful for the generous support of our donors and well-wishers. Since we operate as a nonprofit charitable organization, donations received are utilized to further our programs, initiatives, and community service activities. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following Cancellation & Refunds Policy:
1. Donations
- All donations made to SevaRoots Trust are final and non-refundable, except in cases of proven error (e.g., duplicate transactions, incorrect amounts charged, or technical/payment gateway issues).
- If you believe an error has occurred, you must notify us within 7 working days of the transaction. Requests beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for consideration.
2. Event Registrations & Sponsorships
- If you have registered for an event organized by SevaRoots Trust and are unable to attend, you may request a cancellation by writing to us at [insert email address].
- Refunds for event fees (if any) will be made only if the cancellation request is received at least 7 days before the event date.
- Sponsorship contributions toward events are generally non-refundable, as they are allocated toward event-related costs and community impact activities.
3. Membership & Subscriptions (if applicable)
- In cases where SevaRoots Trust offers memberships, recurring donations, or subscriptions:
- Cancellation of future payments can be requested anytime by writing to us.
- Refunds for amounts already deducted will not be processed, except in the case of duplicate charges or errors.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds (in exceptional cases) will be processed to the original payment method within 15–20 working days.
- Any bank charges, transaction fees, or payment gateway deductions are non-refundable and will be borne by the donor.
