This policy applies only to physical items offered by SevaRoots Trust (such as merchandise, event kits, publications, or donor recognition gifts).
Donations made directly to SevaRoots Trust do not involve any shipping, as they are purely charitable contributions.

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 working days of confirmation and successful payment.
In case of high demand, special campaigns, or unforeseen delays, processing may take longer. Supporters will be notified via email in such cases.

3. Shipping & Delivery
